This emotion lingers still, not yet wholly spent, though its once-beloved vessel has long departed from my sight, and the sacred ties that once entwined our souls have unraveled into nothingness, dissolving into the ether of what once was.
If this lingering love only causes me more pain, please help me to let it go.
Thou, who hast planted this profound emotion within me, I trust that only Thou can pluck it from the depths of my heart. I am a fragile reed, battered by the storm of my own feelings. These overwhelming emotions are making me feel lost and helpless.
I am consumed by sorrow as I am forced to extinguish the flame of love that still burns brightly within me. With a heavy heart, I must extinguish the fire of passion that burns within me.
Lost in the labyrinth of my yearning, I long for a love that can no longer be.
The one who once welcomed my love with open arms now turns away. I am stranded in solitude, among the remnants of a love lost. In this solitude, I beseech for the strength to release the fading bonds of love, and to find peace amidst sorrow.
